In January 2025, The Wolverhampton City Council announced that, among plans to make adjustments to the ring-road, a part of these plans were to tear down the Wolverhampton School of Arts university building. This building was officially opened in 1970 and has been the home of many, now successful, artists. The brutalist design of the building is a landmark of Wolverhampton, and is now the last art school left in the Black Country.
This series was taken among the protest that many of the past, current and future students organised to save their beloved arts school.
